Peter Crosby MS, CIH, CSP
Peter Crosby is the principal consultant at EAS, Inc. and oversees all aspects of industrial hygiene services provided by the firm. He has more than 30 years experience in the field and is recognized and well regarded in the NYC construction and general industry sector. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Forensic Science/Toxicology, a Master Degree in Environmental and Occupational Health Science and has completed extensive course work toward his doctorate. Peter has been a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) since 1993 and a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) since 1994. These are the two most recognized credentials in the industrial hygiene and safety field.
He has served as an Adjunct Professor in numerous health and safety graduate school programs in NY and NJ, including the Hunter College/CUNY Graduate Program in Environmental and Occupational Health Science where he has taught Industrial Hygiene, Toxicology, and Industrial Ventilation among other courses. He has taught Environmental Science at the SUNY/Downstate Medical School Public Health Program. He has taught aspects of the Comprehensive Industrial Hygiene Review Course offered at the former University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, now better known as the Rutgers School of Biomedical and Health Sciences, which is a comprehensive one week seminar for individuals sitting for the CIH exam. He currently serves as a guest lecturer each semester at the Columbia University Graduate Program in Construction Management where he teaches Industrial Hygiene Practice in Heavy Construction. He also serves as a subject material expert in legal cases involving workplace exposure to chemicals.

Michael F. Dantona Ed.D
Michael Dantona is a retired NYS School Administrator with over 25 years of administrative leadership experience in NYC and in other Long Island, NY school districts. Having earned a doctorate in Education, Administration, Leadership, and Technology, he was a principal and a school district superintendent. He is currently a Vice President of Operations for one of the largest privately owned and operated radiology practices in the United States.
Dr. Dantona has led communities through health and safety crises, mentored school administrators, designed, assessed, and evaluated safety plans, managed collective bargaining units, and successfully engaged boards of education. He has brought constituency groups together to address community concerns over health and safety and has developed systems that ensure that students and staff achieve objectives relating to safe and secure learning environments.
Michael continues to lead in service to students and families. He joins EAS to continue his lifelong commitment to education, now enlisting his expertise as a school district leader in the protection of the school community.

Stacy E. Berman MS, MA, NBCC
Stacy Berman is an organizational development consultant who specializes in change management. She has more than 20 years of experience working with organizations undergoing change and supporting leaders, employees and teams in navigating transitions.
She has worked with various sectors, including financial services, consulting, global food and packaged goods, higher education, and government. Stacy is a Nationally Board-certified Counselor, in addition to having a master's degree in human resource development and a master's degree in counseling.
